Cancellation Policy
Cancellations have a high impact on our business due to the intimate size, rural location and forward bookings/enquiries we receive.
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival incur a 25% quoted tariff penalty.
Cancellations received within 20 days of arrival incur a 50% quoted tariff penalty.
Cancellations received within 10 days of arrival incur a 100% quoted tariff penalty.
